Block the vote
Alternet has an article today called Block the Vote: The 10 Worst Places to Cast a Ballot.
Good article, because it shows the myriad of ways elections are being corrupted, but I do wish they'd pointed out these scams are not limited to these 10-11 areas. I'd hate for anyone to think since they're region isn't on the list, that means they're safe. Voting and election problems are widespread.
